Eurozone Aug PPI of +0.3% m/m and +4.2% y/y was stronger than expectations of +0.2% m/m and +3.8% y/y.

Japan Sep consumer confidence unexpectedly rose +0.1 to 43.4, stronger than expectations of -0.2 to 43.1.
